1. Tandem Sibling Suicide Only the Latest Tragedy for U.S. Army

Already AWOL from Fort Jackson, SC, Army Private Kristin Kouis was surely wrestling with demons that few of us can imagine. So the fact that she sat with her brother, U.S. Army Specialist Jason Kouis in a vehicle on a power line access road in Deltona, FL, and made a serious decision seems appropriate. The two’s decision to run a tube from the exhaust pipe into the taped up passenger side window, lock the doors and say goodbye to the world does not make sense. Educate yourself to the plight of too many U.S. Army soldiers at CAMMMO.ORG

2. Blackwater Changes Name to Xe, Gets More Work

Erik Prince stepped down as Blackwater president and CEO on March 3, 2009. Five of Blackwater’s contractors were charged last year alone with manslaughter and weapons violations. The world has been screaming for justice in a number of high profile investigations of Iraqi civilian deaths at the hands of Blackwater for several years now. Could a name change and boardroom smoke and mirrors be a sufficient rebranding strategy? Be sure it isn’t, with us, at CAMMMO.ORG

3. CAMMMO Sets a Foundation for Our Digital Footprint

We are constantly looking for better ways to educate the next generation of decision makers about misleading U.S. military marketing, advertising and recruiting tactics. And starting in April, you can make it even easier to stay in touch with CAMMMO.
